Hello gentlemen, I hope you're all doing well. I'm facing a problem and I’d appreciate your help.
I'm a beginner in calisthenics, but I've been training in traditional weightlifting for years. I'm currently able to do push-ups, dips, and only about 2 pull-ups with my chin over the bar.
I'm overweight — I’ve gained about 20 kg since the time I was lean at 80 kg, with a stage-ready physique. (Back then, I could do pull-ups and had much better body control.)
I'd like to know what my goal should be. I often see your comments and advice, and I feel like I'm training — but without direction or purpose.
What should I focus on to become a calisthenics athlete with a strong physique and solid skills?
