I've been trying to lower the no. of exercises in my workouts and i was stuck between dips and pseudo planche pushups. I personally do both but I prefer dips as they have more muscle building potential and i can also add weight to it. But the pseudo planche pushup translates well to other calisthenics movements so if that's your goal, you should train pseudo planche pushups.
If I had to pick one I'd probably pick dips
