Being Lean To Learn Calisthenics Skills Controversy
I know that you have to be lean to learn calisthenics skills(planche, front lever, iahs, etc) fast and to reduce injury tht might happen while learning these. Such as tendons and joints injury. But for example, if a person started his cutting phase eating 2000kcal per day and after months he got super lean(to a point where u can see his biceps veins, abs veins, etc) after several months, his body will adapt to this 2000kcal and training and everything else. If he still wants to be in his deficit, he'd have to eat less and move more which isnt ideal in this situation. If he still manages to be like this state for months, his body will gain fat cuz his body knows that it needs to survive. In this situation, do u think he should eat in a slight caloric surplus for months and start his cut again? Or should he just keep doing what he was doing? Or do you guys have any other opinions?
