These are my planche lean pushups and I would like to know about my form from all of you guys. And also I wanted to know what should I do if my tuck planche is still not elevated, what should I work on to get it elevated and also I gained some kilos unintenaionally is it bad or good. And if I can't even elevate myself in resistance bands tuck planche then should I keep doing it or stop doing it and focus on something else
