Advices..?
6moonths i guess it wass.... I actually posted a video of my tuck planche where I couldn't elevate myself with even a thick resistance band and couldn't hold a adv tuck front lever. Now I can actually do one leg front lever and kinda a tuck planche and am working on v sit. I just wanted to ask everyone's opinion on it and also want to say that when u hit a plateau just keep training one day u will find yourself breaking that plateaus being broke by yourself even before u realise it. ❤

(First video) This is me trying to do pseudo planche lean push ups on fingertips but wasn't confident so I switched it up to knuckles and performed three reps. I can do it easily on palms. I know the form is not good and am always open for advices as I am also looking forward to improve not just enjoy my journey. (Second video) This is my tuck planche and I would really love to have your opinion on it even it is harsh. And(third video) this is me trying my adv tuck front lever. Actually this is my last set the ones I thought I recorded were not actually recorded and it is not a lot better but a little bit longer by 2sec in adv. As you can see my legs are too big compared to torso and arms it is due to a lot of cycling, leg workouts, and stretching. I can do full splits and pistol squats. I only used to train legs because of my martial arts training and cardio and I used to believe training upper body stunts growth and only startes training upper body late and it just feel like a good excuse to suck at statics but still I don't want it to be an excuse. I just don't have patience for progress and u have been trying out different stuffs for a long time and now only feel like commiting myself to statics. Also I wanted to say I have kinda disturbing pain on my lateral head of right hand. It has been a while and I don't know what to do also it is not very crucial but still it's a kind of bad pain. Sometimes when I am completely warmed up I don't feel it but otherwise I would feel it.

@Daemon Caliversity also can you make some day in life vids or training vlogs. It would really be something I will look forward to if you will do it.

@Daemon Caliversity all of your replies means a lot and you are helping me a lot in clearing doubts. 1. I stretch a lot and actually can easily do full splits and bends.
Any advices About my form..?
These are my planche lean pushups and I would like to know about my form from all of you guys. And also I wanted to know what should I do if my tuck planche is still not elevated, what should I work on to get it elevated and also I gained some kilos unintenaionally is it bad or good. And if I can't even elevate myself in resistance bands tuck planche then should I keep doing it or stop doing it and focus on something else

@Chan Woo Park i used to be 57kg and for a wushu comp I had to cut 2kg and I made it. It's been only couple o months and I am now at 64.my reps came a lot down and now I am working on skills for a change. I absolutely like your reply and will take everything u said into consideration. ❤

@Daemon Caliversity ok I will try to do everything w strict form. I will focus on basics try to get lean in 3months I will give you an update with my physique pic and maybe that's when I should start my statics journey.
10 second handstand hold

I have kinda disturbing pain on my lateral head of right hand. It has been a while and I don't know what to do also it is not very crucial but still it's a kind of bad pain. Sometimes when I am completely warmed up I don't feel it but otherwise I would feel it.

@Daemon Caliversity it's most of the time 2days a week and if I have my friends or someone I know with me I sometimes workout twice a day just to socialise and the number of work outs would go up and down depending on how the week goes.
