I actually posted a video of my tuck planche where I couldn't elevate myself with even a thick resistance band and couldn't hold a adv tuck front lever. Now I can actually do one leg front lever and kinda a tuck planche and am working on v sit. I just wanted to ask everyone's opinion on it and also want to say that when u hit a plateau just keep training one day u will find yourself breaking that plateaus being broke by yourself even before u realise it. ❤
