Advices..?
(First video) This is me trying to do pseudo planche lean push ups on fingertips but wasn't confident so I switched it up to knuckles and performed three reps. I can do it easily on palms. I know the form is not good and am always open for advices as I am also looking forward to improve not just enjoy my journey.
(Second video) This is my tuck planche and I would really love to have your opinion on it even it is harsh.
And(third video) this is me trying my adv tuck front lever. Actually this is my last set the ones I thought I recorded were not actually recorded and it is not a lot better but a little bit longer by 2sec in adv.
As you can see my legs are too big compared to torso and arms it is due to a lot of cycling, leg workouts, and stretching. I can do full splits and pistol squats. I only used to train legs because of my martial arts training and cardio and I used to believe training upper body stunts growth and only startes training upper body late and it just feel like a good excuse to suck at statics but still I don't want it to be an excuse. I just don't have patience for progress and u have been trying out different stuffs for a long time and now only feel like commiting myself to statics.
Also I wanted to say I have kinda disturbing pain on my lateral head of right hand. It has been a while and I don't know what to do also it is not very crucial but still it's a kind of bad pain. Sometimes when I am completely warmed up I don't feel it but otherwise I would feel it.
