I have been training 6days a week and attending mma sessions. I have been seeing a lots of progress in my pull also it is in statics. I reached adv tuck front lever even though I am doing it after my endurance workout and I have big legs but the problem is push because even though the reps are getting easier and stuff I am not able to do tuck planche even after almost 5months of planche lean and I shifted my focus from planche to handstand and learned the crow pose in 1or2 weeks. I have zero knowledge in statics.my friend suggested I should do less workouts of mma or calisthenics to see progress and bulk little bit without training legs which I don't know if is the best choice. Can you suggest me 4exercise for me for my push day. When it comes to pull day I kinda have a idea on how to do because my static game in pull have seen progress with my own knowledge but my push is very dissapointing and I thought that you people were the best person to ask. I would follow your advice and update you in 2months till then I would just focus on getting lighter and following the plan. Also I wanted to let you know that I gained 5kilos this vacation and my abs are not pretty but it will get pretty very soon.
