His AI tool took off... and buried him alive in demo calls?!?
Picture a guy at his desk at 9pm... answering the same demo question for the eleventh time today.
His AI tool is a hit. And that's exactly the problem.
It works. Realtors love it. It writes a gorgeous listing description in about nine seconds flat.
And he's selling the thing... one realtor at a time.
A DM here. A demo there. A "let me follow up next week" he actually has to remember to follow up on.
Real money hits the account. But every single sale eats a chunk of his day.
And the math to a bigger market is brutal.
A couple million realtors out there. He'd be sliding into DMs until the sun burns out.

Here's how I'd play it instead. And first, I'd forget the tool even exists for a second.
Somewhere out there is a woman who coaches realtors.
5,000 of them hang on her every email. They buy whatever she points at, basically every week.
She's already got the exact room a builder would need three years and a million cold DMs to build.
So I don't chase realtors.
I bring HER something her people will love.
"Hey, not sure this'll land, but I think your agents would eat it up... and you'd look like the one who found it for them.
Let's test one tiny thing.
Drop it behind a single link in your next email.
A few bite, we both know we've got something."
One email.
That one email puts the tool in front of more perfect buyers than a year of DMs ever could.
Her people buy. She looks like a hero to her own list. And a slice comes back every time one of them says yes...
...whether he's grinding at his desk or flat on the couch watching his show with a cold one.
Same tool he already had. He just quit selling it one handshake at a time, and let someone else's room do the heavy lifting.
