Wow! What a busy, busy day!
It's time for some Qigong Practice. I've learned that no matter what time of the day it is we must "make time" to fit in a couple of sessions.
Especially after so much mental work!

It's fantastic 👏 😀 and well worth watching and practicing.
My intention this afternoon is to work on the basics, Yin Yang, Qigong and Basic taichi walking.
