Hi everyone. I finished the 7 day challenge, which was amazing! It felt so good that I over did it! 😂I walk a lot normally, and I used to do yoga, but gradually into my 60s I quit doing classes and tried to stretch at home at my own pace. Well, I’m sure not stretching is the reason I pulled something in my left hip. It still hurts in certain positions and putting too much weight on it, but I’m able to do some of the Qi Gong prerecorded classes, and that has been great. Once my hip feels normal, I’m going to try seated classes. So glad I found Rooted Alchemy, Sonny, and this supportive community.
