It's a very windy day here in San Felipe!
It will be a beautiful time for me to practice and watch the trees bend and blow in the wind!
Imagine all of us softly, slowly, bending and reaching like trees!
I will set my intention on; " Don't insist" - "Don't resist"
Just let our "qi flow" for today...🫴🍃
