I am seeing a LOT of Substacks that have good content, affinity and ZERO paid subs.
Even if you half-ass what you know in Passive Cash Flow Mojo...
Ramping up to 10% paid subs isn't hard.
In this case...(I've blurred the Substack name because I want to purchase it.)
... it would be roughly 400 paid subs $8 a month = $3200
The girl who runs this newsletter is delightful but doesn't know anything about selling paid subscriptions.
Now...
Here's what may not pop out at ya.
Of course, you can keep the $3200 a month.
But many newsletters...especially right now and going into 2025...
Are selling pretty easy for 12 month to 24 month earnings.
So if all I did was get this to $3200 a month...(and doubling it wouldnāt be hard)ā¦
But if all I did was get 10% to upgrade to 8 bucks a monthā¦
I've got a "property" I could sell for $36,000 to $72,000...from PAID SUBS ALONE! š„
I'm shooting a video in the next couple of days where I'm finding these deals and how I'm approaching them.
