So I started a little Telegram group a while back to my help my buddies with their online businesses.

(I was tired of getting bombarded by the same questions over and over lol)

Its now grown to 27 people (still tiny I know) half from a few IG stories and half from word of mouth.

I had little intention on monetising it but after 2 guys kept hounding me for paid consulting for weeks I said why tf not 🤷‍♂️

I used

's clarity call framework and it worked like a charm.

Easiest $1000 ever as I love talking to people and helping them even more.

They were blown away by things like talking to customers for research, how to make a great offer, handling clients etc.

Everyone came in struggling and now at least half are thriving in a few short months from my free help in the group.

i highly recommend creating one for yourself.

Makes creating content easy as youre simply answering their questions.

However it would be ideal to design it so it will eventually becomes a pipeline for ideal partners.

Targeting the right people to join is key👌
