Just spoke with the owner of a skydiving business who emails his list of 30,000 customers once per year with Christmas specials.
He adds about 1500 new customers every year at the moment.
Seems like the easy thing to do here is...start emailing.
He does the typical solo, tandem, group and multi-dive packages. He also does these AI edited videos of your dive for $300. And he also has gift certificates, like $100 toward a solo dive. Wedding / proposal events...
Not sure how margin is going to work out here since I am more familiar with digital offers.
