Pre-auction post breakdown - why the flop?
Question on a pre-auction post that has flopped.

800+ member group. Not particularly active with the exception of the screenshot I'll share below.
Wonder if there’s something we’re not seeing in the offer, or if it’s an audience thing.

(Note - the partner changed out the 5th line and added some extra shame without letting us know. Don’t know if that’s what killed it. Probably not. He also made some other small changes but they’re pretty minor.)
Here’s why we thought it would do better…
Our guy’s offer of free info to get listings for people did pretty well 2 weeks ago. See the image attached.
Is the offer too unbelievable somehow?
Post takes too long to get to what they want?
Is this dead in the water?
Or should we be trying to talk to folks and see what’s up?
