"Physical" auction ideas?

I heard you mention before about putting together some kind of Christmas light package with personalized cards and everything, just can't remember which video that was.

I've got a cosmetic dentist and a skydiving dude (two different people, the cosmetic dentist isn't skydiving) who might be on board.

Has anyone else done an auction for a physical business before? Anything challenging or different I should look out for? Is it worth it? Appreciate any help I can get!
