Just finished wrapping up a zoom with a Real Estate Investing coach with a inactive email list of 22K...
The offer I made was a total no-brainer for him. He granted me admin access to his infusionsoft/keap account right on the spot, and told his tech guy to give me access to anything & everything I may need to make it work.
Ton of IP here (500+ hours of coaching calls, 3 books, 2 online courses, youtube, etc)
Of the 22k list, there are 11,809 customers ranging from $7 ebooks up to $25k for coaching...
Here's the rub, he retired from coaching back in Jan 23 and has not mailed this list not once since then. Lol. And just to make things interesting he kinda just closed up shop, without ever communicating with his subs the real reason why...
I'm OK with that because the actual reason is all the way legit, and I think it will be a great hook or repositioning tool. Even tho the circumstance of the reason is a terrible one.
Even still he gets new subscribers and sales organically from those pre-mentioned assets on complete autopilot.
Here's my thinking let me know if you would agree or possibly do something different. I want to do a T1 or reactivation campaign to see how much life is even left in the list first!
Then maybe announce the "Official Retirement Sale" to the list, package & bundle both online courses, introduce some bonuses and incentives for the lower tier buyers, and for the higher tier (15k+) buyers... I still need to iron out with the partner on what level of involvement, he is willing to commit to in order to put together an offer.
Open to other insights or suggestions from anyone else on what would be your first or second move under these conditions.
