Need Help With Step 3

I'm very close to setting up my first digital vending machine.

I talked to one of my old clients.

She is a "Coach" who helps the "students in India who are preparing for competitive exams like SATs" score higher "RANKS" by optimizing their mindset, memory & study methods.

I wrote her welcome & post-webinar sequences last year.

And even ran a BEAMER test that didn't do well.

She had over 15000 low-ticket buyers on her list and a good backend product that converted at 8-10%.

And back then, her list was growing at the rate of 100-200/month...

A vending machine stocking some good products placed in this flow seemed like a good idea.

So, I wanted to reach out to her.

After watching the Cold Outreach session by Travis, I opened a convo like I met her in person:

"Hey [Name],

Hope you're doing great. How's Business?"

We started having a conversation & I found that her webinar upsell has not been great for the last few months, and she was looking for ways to make more money off the people who are purchasing the webinar.

So, I used this message to invite her for a coffee date:

"Hey, you have 15000+ low-ticket buyers in your database, and more than 85% of them never upgraded to your premium program, right?

I've seen you provide crazy value to students in your old Q&A sessions when we worked together.

I could turn some of those old sessions into a paid mini-book and place it in front of your old leads and more new students who are preparing for competitive exams...

Would you be interested in experimenting something like this?

Can we discuss this over a call?"

She said "yes"!

I went on a call with her yesterday.

She was very much interested in the idea.

And it was a very easy "yes" since I made a profit-sharing deal (30-70 where I take 30%).

And just like that, I got access to her audience of 18.5k students (Email List & WhatsApp groups) and 100s of her Q&A sessions that she did for her backend program...

Now, this is where I need your help...

I went through some of those Q&A videos, but nothing seemed like it could be turned into a mini-book.

There are a lot of Q&As, and I'm getting exhausted going through each one of them.

I used a tool called "Turboscribe" to transcribe some of these videos and do some research with ChatGPT.

The ideas I got were not very exciting either.

I asked her what were some of the exciting Q&As she had, she says all the sessions are good.

I don't want to add more to her plate by pushing her to find something good out of these.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can find something from this huge data to repurpose and place my first vending machine into a flow?

I could ask someone else to work on this, but there are a few constraints:

She is an Indian Coach, and her low-ticket product is priced at $5, and her backend is priced at $200 which is, in fact, a big deal for Indian Students. She has nothing to sell after that.

2. She is already partnered with a company that runs ads for her and takes a percentage out of the backend profit. So I don't think there would be enough meat in the bone for anyone new at the moment.

I understand if you think the deal might not be worth the time I'm gonna put in.

I just want to set up my first passive income asset (a digital vending machine) as soon as possible.

Any ideas, tools, or hacks you've got to find repurposable mini-book content from 100s of Q&A videos?

P.S. I have access to her backend program as well. I don't want to repurpose them as they are exclusive for her premium buyers.
