Multiple Use Mojo (Please Read: before you do your next deal)...
Never waste your time "Practicing" on another deal ever again.
Hellooooo...
It's been a minute since I've dropped by.
But after reading recently a fellow Ronin took a deal on "for practice" (and got burned) I thought this would be a helpful insight to share that I've had over the past year.
Because I can't tell you how many times folks I've helped out that have said they were going to do the less than ideal deal for "practice"...
That's like me saying, "I'm gonna sleep with a bunch of low level peeps until I feel confident and THEN I'm gonna look for my DREAM relationship!.."
Or...
"They've got such GREAT potential! If I could just fix this one or two things about them, the relationship would be perfect..."
Of course I KNOW both options are terrible ideas...
But being SO focused on my "immediate" gratification?
I would be focused on ALL the wrong things.
And from experience in my youth?
I can tell you these approaches hammered my self confidence and I felt WORSE about myself afterward.
The same thing tends to be true about "practice deals"...
The less ideal of a partner they are?
The more time, energy, and money I would SPEND (along with my confidence)
I'm not looking to SPEND those...
...I'm looking to INVEST those in a long term partnership.
Trying to FIX a partners business goes against what we're looking for in partnerships.
What causes this from my experience?
Focusing ONLY on how much money can be made and how quickly it can be made.
This skews the focus that's necessary for a successful test.
The difference between a "test" campaign...
...and "practicing" is knowing we're tackling a deal that's NOT ideal.
I've found confidence comes from results.
The more IDEAL the partner is? (aka the more established they are, the greater their mission, the better their reputation, and, the more loaded they are with unused assets...)
The EASIER it is to get a positive result EVEN if I happen to screw it up.
By NOT focusing on the money and focusing on the quality of the partner...
...it's FAR easier for the outcome to produce MONEY.
Crazy I know...
But that's been my experience after years of "practice partners" and hopping from deal to deal.
Instead...
Here's what's been SUPER useful for me lately to determine who I partner with long term.
Do they meet my Multiple Use Mojo requirements?
How DEEP can I go with that ONE partner?
Cool...
Ok, that's great money but running campaign after campaign is still trading time for money...
So where can I NOW imbed my I.P. in their ongoing flow?
Can I add a P.S. to their regular emails and send that traffic to a tapper I manage?
Can I do a nurture and pick campaign where I mop up even more new clients like sopping up soup with a biscuit?
After that's proven to convert, can I replace my tapper with a bot using "proven data" from hundreds of chat conversations from both my original "test" and organic tapping convos?
The offer is proven.
I've got all the data to begin testing a bot for conversations.
Let's test!
Now, can I now take that offer and run Direct Mail to their peeps they have addresses on?
Sure I can use a Jr. Tapper on it, but is there enough flow I could likely train my existing A.I. Bot to handle it?
Let's test it!
Can I run an email TEST to their "buyers list"...
Is that backend offer $10k, $20k, or even $50k or more?
And after that's proven can I run a direct mail campaign to MORE of those folks?
And finally, can I use that proven I.P. and take it their existing affiliate network and get paid 10% on millions of dollars of additional sales?
If they don't have an affiliate network, can I FIND more networks with FLOW to put this proven I.P. in and a get a %?
All of this from ONE partner...
Now, there are a lot more uses like:
Can I spin off Skool groups from their lists and run Poll Tapping campaigns?
Or second helping campaigns, or Love Letters.
Heck I'm not even talking about if they have a Youtube, TikTok, IG, X, or Facebook we can move over to email. (for influences some times those are great places to start).
But here's my point...
Fishing in a river is WAY better than fishing in a POND.
River has FLOW...
...Ponds can become stagnant.
Otherwise once I'm done fishing that pond...
...I'm gonna have to go find another one.
And that means I'm just SPENDING time & energy...
...instead of INVESTING my time & energy.
With all of this being said...
I don't want someone reading this to think they have to ONLY go on coffee dates with companies that have millions of people on their list.
Not at all.
Matter of fact, the beautify of Ronin is that there are SO many ways to get control of assets and cashflow them.
I just so happen to be going for the bigger fish.
With one of my last partners I brought in $1.3 million in 90 days...from a 46k person list.
$500,000 of that was from a buyers list of just 6500!
But what I will say is they couldn't sustain the number of clients I was bringing on.
They didn't have the systems or customer service in place to handle it.
So I made the decision to walk away.
"But Tony, don't walk away! There's SO much potential there!..."
Dating someone because they have potential isn't the greatest game plan.
Dating someone based on the reality of where they are, is.
I'm not here to fix a business plus the companies employees weren't fun to work with.
One I was dealing with was downright rude even.
That was my determining factor of walking away.
The "TEST" was over for me at that point after nearly 2 million in sales between one of their other experts I ran tests with.
Yes, I got paid well for my time.
You could even say I SPENT my time instead of investing it in an ongoing relationship.
But I still have I.P. I can repurpose and re-use with another partner, while being all the wiser.
Another big take away is do they have FLOW...
Are they always replenishing the pond so to speak?
I don't care if it's organic or paid.
But are they adding new people into their flow daily?
If not, eventually you'll scrape bottom and have to move on.
Multiple Use Mojo is simply how I'M vetting partners moving forward.
It's not for everyone.
But if you're hunting big game and don't want to SPEND your time and energy...
...and would rather INVEST your energy Multiple Use Mojo could be useful.
