Upcoming Masterclass Ideas
Morning guys hope you are well. We want to film another masterclass this week. Something along the lines of what we had last week where we take a topic like the Descending & Cornering and break it down into a longer presentation format. If you can find these in classrooms by the way. Go into Academy and then you’ll see our videos there. Is there anything that you’d like us to run through this week? There’s tonnes of videos that we will end up making but if there’s anything that’s relevant for you at the moment then we can prioritise that! Cheers! Have a good day šŸ˜Ž

Welcome to NOT DONE YET (Start Here)
Great to have you here. This community is built for riders who believe their best chapter on the bike is still ahead. Whether you want to get fitter, faster, leaner, stronger or simply fall back in love with cycling, you’re in the right place. Before we get rolling, let’s get to know each other. Drop a quick intro under the "introduce yourself tab" in "communities" • Who are you • Where you’re riding from • Your cycling goals • And most importantly… a pic of your bike This is a community of support, accountability and shared passion. The more we show up, the more powerful this space becomes. Looking forward to meeting you all and helping you write the next chapter in your cycling story. Let’s get after it. You’re not done yet.

Hexis for the win
Long story short: 2015 was training to compete in RAAM. Nov 2015 my body decided it hated me 2020 I was 315 pounds, about to go on disability (the dole) and nearly dead Quarantine was a godsend for me. I got on meds that helped and I could just rest and start rehab. EOY 2020 I was 265 thanks to intermittent fasting and the ability to walk or ride an e bike. 2021-2025 I bounced up and down in weight. Got as low as 225 thanks to reading and the gym but would just bounce up and down. Jan 5, started Hexis. Today, I'm down 5 pounds and 1% bodyfat, to my lowest weight in 15 years. I can only surmise that it's healing my metabolism after years of calorie restriction. I don't know how else to explain it. I cannot believe I'm under 100kg.
Off topic (books)
I like to get through as many books as I can. Normally my next book is a recommendation from a friend. Have you read anything good lately ? Two from me, the lion trackers guide to life & the creative act by Rick Rubin
