We are all in different places and walks in life. Some of us have a good understanding, some of us are still learning. Your environment can affect your attitude and approach. What is perfect for one would be out of place for another. My environment is supposedly work-appropriate attire, but all too often I see people looking like they're ready for Walmart. I've seen directors show up to interview prospective employees in T shirts, raggedy jeans and tennis shoes. Because of this, I'm not wearing a suit to work. If I did, I'd fit in even less than I do now. I'm one of the better dressed men in my building, even though some here would consider my outfits casual. I'd love to step it up a little more, but it just wouldn't fit the environment. What about you? What's your environment, how do you stand out and what would you change if you could?

Dear all, as in Germany it gets warmer and spring is approaching, I can go out without a jacket/overjacket/coat etc. and just wear a pullover and chinos. However, if I have to keep my keys, business card box, wallet etc. in my chino pockets, I look like a stuffed turkey ... and it kinda ruins my visuals. Do you have any alternatives, stylish ideas how to avoid this issue? 😁

That thing you keep telling yourself you'll "do later"... Is probably the most important thing you need to do to move forward. Growth doesn't come from the crap you're excited to do... It comes from the tasks you're desperately trying to avoid. ...and by delaying your execution... You are creating a lot of preventable stress and anxiety for yourself. Whatever that "thing" is for you... Do it now. The longer you kick the can down the road... The longer you keep yourself from making progress. ~ Andy Frisella
