This Stops Being About Clothes
There's a shift that happens for some men. They stop asking "does this look okay?" and start knowing. Not because they memorized rules — but because they've built a standard for themselves. A quiet confidence that doesn't need to announce itself. You see it in how they walk into a room. In how people respond to them before they say a word. In how much mental energy they have left for things that actually matter. That's not style. That's identity. And identity isn't bought — it's built, through consistent habits and deliberate choices made over time. That's what RMRS Premium is designed for. Not trends. Not outfit grids. A structured path to becoming the man who looks sharp because of who he is — not what he's wearing. If that shift sounds like something you want, the door's open: https://www.skool.com/rmrs/plans

OOTD April 29th
Last day of the EVOC Driving course. 5.11 black field shirt over the rust 5.11 Apex pants. Garmin watch again. Every one passed with great times. I ran my fastest time other than in a Mustang GT. Qualifying time is 1.02.00. Everyone did faster than 1.01.00.

Journaling, at a minimum for my daily to do list, has really driven a greater sense of responsibility on completing these items each day. I don't always get them all done, but I am frequently add and ticking off my to do items throughout the day. I did midweek shoe care two days this week, which I had never before undertaken! I know... Looking forward to celebrating my wife's birthday this weekend. She feels compelled to take us all to see The Devil Wears Prada 2. I forewarned her that there will be much commentary on fashion's futility and impact on the world... But that I did enjoy the first movie ;-0 Today is probably the only non-jacket day of the week given the increasing number of external meetings. Here's what I have: Outfit for Thursday, April 30, 2026 — Internal Meetings + Call with partner. Sunny, ~73°F · Refined Patriotic Contrast color story (white, navy, light maroon/red, brown leather warmth) • Shirt — DS‑007 (Paul Fredrick): A Paul Fredrick stretch long‑sleeve dress shirt in white with pink contrast trim on the inner collar, placket, and cuffs, as well as pink buttons. Cotton & spandex with a non‑iron finish, point collar at 3.5″ spread, and barrel two‑button cuffs—paired with 2.75″ standard collar stays for a clean, structured line. • Undershirt — US‑015 (Pro Club): A heavyweight cotton crew‑neck in pink, chosen to echo the dress shirt's interior contrast trim. Hidden under the opaque shirt, but a thoughtful tonal anchor for the day. • Slacks — SL‑011 (Peter Millar): Dark blue wool slacks with a subtle light‑blue check pattern, fully lined and tailored for a business‑classic silhouette. Drapes well with a between‑medium and full break, and the slight sheen pairs beautifully with the maroon vest. • Vest — VWC‑008 (Hisdern): A light‑maroon (red) windowpane wool blend vest with subtle yellow and green accents in the check, single‑breasted, with a shallow slot chest pocket on the left. The richness of the fabric provides the day's centerpiece contrast against the white shirt and navy slacks—patriotic without being literal (wait - did the AI just say I am NOT a literal patriot"!?).
