Instead of stroking their ego over how much they know…
They’re looking at how much they don’t know…
What they can improve on…
Where they are lacking…
And they work on it every single day.
Remember two things…
1. You can’t level up if you keep thinking you know everything.
2. No matter how good you are, you always have room for improvement.
