While the weight loss has slowed quite a bit and I'm fluctuating up and down about five pounds or so in any given week, I did recently pass my first weight-loss reward goal: weighing at least 70 pounds less than my all-time high.
As a result, I've ordered my first made-to-measure suit. Hopefully, I'll be able to model it for you guys within a month or so.
I'm fairly certain that the attached image is an image of the fabric I've selected. Regardless, I can't tell a difference with my eye between that image and the sample I selected from the sample book, so...
It's a 100% Merino Wool, Super 120s, 270g fabric. I've elected to go with a three-piece, two-button suit with an extra pair of trousers. The customization choices I can remember off the top of my head are:
- Notch lapels
- Slanted, flap pockets
- Side vents
- Dark navy resin buttons
- Working buttons
- Hand-stitched, tonal buttonholes
- 2mm, tonal, pic stitching
- Half canvas
- Fully lined
- Burgundy, Bemberg lining
- Interior, left-pocket monogram
- Standard vest w/ full fabric back
- Side-adjusted, flat-front trousers w/ suspender buttons
- Angled side pockets on trousers
- Jetted back pockets on trousers
- No cuff on trousers
