Wanted info about our last escape room

Murder in Mardi Gras escape room difficulty 4/5. Our second loss in a row and only two with our group. Feel so dumb as lots of hints needed. 3 rooms about 15 locks in 1 hour. Needed another 5 minutes again. I hate losing. We think we need to go back to level 1 to get our confidence back. Unfortunately all are so expensive. 45 plus tax per person for this one.
