Thrifted car coat
I thrifted a 1972, 73 or 74 London Fog maincoat today, in the desirable Hampden Row Check pattern. Under the best of conditions, I could probably resale it for 90 to 100 dollars. But, more than likely it would go between 60 and 75.
I'm wondering if I should just keep it, its about 1 size big for me, but if im wearing a few layers underneath, I think I could pull it off.
Fortunately, its still got the zip in Acrilon liner, and it features the higher quality American made Talon zipper too.
Lighting takes away a little of the brown tone, so its a bit more brown than it appears.
The second picture is the liner. Sorry for the clutter, I've got it hanging with my resale clothes in my photography room right now.
What do you guys think? Keep or sell. I already have a vintage London Fog Trench, and a vintage London Fog Peacoat.
