Suit Frustrations
Why is it that every suiting company out there (That I've seen so far) that makes Big Men's suits, feel like they have to make everything stretch. I only have a Men's Wearhouse and a Boscov's department store in my area, So I took to looking online. DXL everything is Polyester/elasticine...The word wool hardly shows up. I've looked at King Size just on a whim, but we all know the quality and outdated style of their stuff. They think everything has to be super long or super stretchy in order to fit right.
I have a wedding to go to in August, and I need a suit. I want something that's going to be a multi-season suit so that I can get a bit more wear out of it. I've got a budget of $500 - $600 bucks, any suggestions.
I'm going to go into men's wearhouse to get measured because I don't know my size, before I gained my weight, I was a 44 regular all day long. But now I think I'm a 50 or 52 just so I'm able to button it around my belly. I'm probably going to have to get suit separates because of the waist sizes that typically come with a 50 or 52 jacket.
