I am curious gentlemen, below are four men they live in the same part of the country, same city, it’s the same temperature where they are all at. So what is the difference in the reason for the way they are dressed in public? Before we begin they are not working a particular job for this purpose, so does income matter?

This is what we see all the time. If it’s the same temperature where it’s hot, they’re in the same city, same area, so why?
