If you don’t like your life…
Your habits built it.
If you don’t like who you see in the mirror…
Your standards allowed it.
Loving yourself doesn’t mean protecting your feelings.
It means drawing a line in the sand between who you were and who you're working to become.
That will require telling yourself the hard truths today so you don't hate yourself tomorrow.
That's what it means to love yourself.
Everything else is just a coping mechanism and tolerance for a version of yourself you will never truly love.
It's never too late to start loving yourself the right way.
