Then I had it create an HTML tracker, using this document for reference.) For me to personal track all 10 domains. (Im currently a 7.5 overall)
Have a read over. If you like it, copy/paste the txt file into your favorite LLM and use it for your own self improvement journey... powered by AI!
Ask it to make a personal tracker for you. Get it to create action plans for you to achieve your goals, a spreadsheet to track them, a diet plan, a workout schedule... whatever! AI is just a tool. Figure out how to use it to make your life better.

Caveat. While it is universal, this framework was designed with the OODA loop in mind. It begins by honestly Observing yourself, Orienting your focus on specific areas to improve, Deciding exactly how to improve (real measurable steps), and putting that into Action. You need to be honest and you need to actually do the work!
