How Well Do Your Tailors Know You?

General question, how well do your tailors know you as a person? Is it normal for them to generally take a bit of an interest in your work so they can make conversation or better suit your needs? I just called the suit shop I went to a bit over a week ago and they knew who I was by my voice and company but have only been there once so far 🤣.

I don't find it creepy but being new to this, I didn't know if it's the same level as a repeat barber who's super chatty or not.
