GPTs Advice - Enterprise? Gated? Inter/cross application functional?

Who can give me advice about getting a gated(?) GPT contract where we can put proprietary info in without it being shared with other users.

I’d like something that can read and edit spreadsheets especially. Even better if it can populate spreadsheet database data into PDF fields.

I’ve used ChatGPT premium and am using it more and more but hit the wall.

I’m a fully apple user, FWIW, thiught the rest of my firm isnt, so I doubt apple intelligence could do it all.
