Migrating from Salesforce to Wealthbox
Hey friends - Happy Friday! We are bringing on a new advisor and her BOB. She spent about 10 years on Salesforce (SF), and we need to migrate that over to Wealthbox (WB). The team at WB will help with the basics, but cannot assist us with the ~5,000 attached documents that she has stored by "event" (meeting) for each client. We need an expert who can help us export the docs and metadata from SF, clean it up (add the clients' names/dates to the files, if necessary), and import it into WB. I have to believe that another firm has walked through this before and has some insight. Any suggestions on who to contact? TIA!

What CRMs do Advisors use? And what are the alternatives to Redtail/Wealthbox?
A lot of advisors are frustrated with Redtail, if you've seen some of the posts in the Google forum recently - many are considering leaving - but what are the options? First, I want to review 3 AdvisorTech surveys and the market leaders in each (I'll list the top five here and then include the full results attached). Kitces 2021 CRM Survey (Attached): - Redtail - 32.9% - Wealthbox - 22.7% - Salesforce - 13.3% - Other - 8.9% - Junxure - 6.1% T3/Inside Information 2022 CRM Survey (Attached): - Redtail - 58.84% - Wealthbox - 9.05% - Tamarac CRM - 4.98% - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud - 4.63% - Advyzon - 4.25% RIA in a Box 2022 CRM Survey (Top 3): - Redtail - 45% - Wealthbox - 16% - Salesforce - 11% Pretty much across all three surveys, Redtail is the market leader, Wealthbox is in 2nd, and Salesforce or some combination of Salesforce and related Overlays are 3rd. Where do you stand?

@Brad Lineberger Definitely look at Slant CRM. It's simple but super powerful. Like they have data enrichment, so as soon as you add a first name, last name, email of a prospect, it finds out how old they are, where they live, net worth, other contact info, etc. It's a little mind-blowing

@Brad Lineberger Have you looked at Finny or Wealthfeed? Here's an updated video on Slant's prospecting too: https://www.skool.com/advisortechbook/classroom/a764ef49?md=e4a62a8acc0f49a38aff9bd772bd8eda
Advyzon Workflows
Our office recently transitioned to Advyzon for our CRM, and we are somewhat overwhelmed by the robustness of its workflow capabilities. Does anyone have workflow templates they are willing to share? Would love to see how other offices use Advyzon to track/manage incoming account transfers, client meetings, etc. Thanks!

@Patrick Jones Interesting about Calendly - I'm using the Zoom scheduler currently, but also might move back to Calendly eventually - sometimes the king is just the king...
