DealMachine Is Still My Go-To for Lists and Skip Trace
For the May challenge — if your list quality is bad, it doesn't matter how many dials you make. DealMachine is what I use for: - Driving for dollars and tagging properties directly from my phone - - Built-in skip trace — no separate tool, no extra step - - Exporting clean, ready-to-dial lists straight to Enzo The workflow from list → skip trace → dialer is tighter with DealMachine than anything else I've tested. For the challenge: your contact rate is a direct reflection of your list quality. If you're getting too many disconnected numbers or confused people — fix the list before you blame the dialer. Better list. Better contact rate. Better conversations.
