Right now is a buyer-speed market, and that’s a good thing if you’re paying attention. I’ve got 4 deals under contract, but while I was negotiating, 3 buyers went and bought other properties. That’s not a problem — that’s proof of demand. Buyers are moving fast, which means there’s more opportunity everywhere if you can keep deals coming.
