Right now is a buyer-speed market, and that’s a good thing if you’re paying attention. I’ve got 4 deals under contract, but while I was negotiating, 3 buyers went and bought other properties. That’s not a problem — that’s proof of demand. Buyers are moving fast, which means there’s more opportunity everywhere if you can keep deals coming. So this is me asking directly: Who has a deal and where do you need help? Price too high? Buyer feedback weird? Need help dispo’ing? Need eyes on numbers or strategy?
