The Listing Presentation
Today we talked through the listing presentation, but primarily with a focus on setting the appointment and the buildup to the actual presentation. A couple key takeaways that were noted: 1) Do you do a one step or a two step listing appointment? Do you know the difference? Which one will work better for you? 2) This is more of a job interview than a presentation. Every action you take is an example of how you will work in the future.
