Self assessment time… What is the one thing holding you back from taking your business where it can go? You may not even fully see how far you can go yet. That’s okay. Let’s dream for a minute. What’s the first thing that comes to mind? Now… That answer is probably wrong. Not because it doesn’t matter. But because it’s usually a symptom… not the root. Most people say: “I need more leads.” or “I need better systems.” or “I need more time.” Maybe. But let’s go one layer deeper. Ask yourself this: 👉 What’s the ONE thing that, if I fix it… makes everything else easier or unnecessary? From The One Thing: “What’s the ONE thing you can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?” You’ll know you found it when things start to simplify. You move faster. You think clearer. You stop chasing everything. Not because you’re working harder… Because you’re finally working on the right thing. Think about it… When you land a whale client… You don’t suddenly become more disciplined. But... it could solve a lot of your current problems, and believe it or not may create a whole new set of challenges. .... are you ready for that? Procrastination is the assassination of your destination. Ready. Aim. Fire. Identify your problem. Take action on it today!
