The Listing Presentation
Today we talked through the listing presentation, but primarily with a focus on setting the appointment and the buildup to the actual presentation. A couple key takeaways that were noted: 1) Do you do a one step or a two step listing appointment? Do you know the difference? Which one will work better for you? 2) This is more of a job interview than a presentation. Every action you take is an example of how you will work in the future. Every promise you make and how you execute on it is determining if you’re going to be hired for the job. 3) The conversation flow >> Location, Condition, Marketing, Price! Enjoy!

Use this link and you'll get an additional 10 credits if you sign up. I have saved hundreds of dollars this year on webpages and subscriptions that I've been able to replace with Lovable. hint hint... Givers Gain will be a major theme of our meeting tomorrow. Here's a few more thoughts as I've been preparing for tomorrow: The best networks aren’t built by taking. They’re built by giving. Every introduction is a deposit of trust. Every referral proves you’re paying attention. Every connection says, “I thought of you first.” It’s about becoming the kind of professional people remember and recommend. The better you are at giving referrals, the more referable you become. Learn to refer well. Refer people the way they want to be referred. Give generously. Connect intentionally.
