Start the conversation. --------------------- Here are 3 Subject Line Options - The quiet cost of waiting - “I don’t want to wait too long again” - A thoughtful note for buyers who waited through 2025 (First Name), The other day a buyer said something that stuck with me. “I don’t want to wait too long... AGAIN.” Waiting through 2025 made sense. A lot of smart buyers did. And a lot of smart buyers, purchased and have already had the opportunity to refinance and lower their cost of ownership, already. But here’s the part people don’t talk about enough, even if the market stays flat.
