Today we talked through the listing presentation, but primarily with a focus on setting the appointment and the buildup to the actual presentation.
A couple key takeaways that were noted:
1) Do you do a one step or a two step listing appointment? Do you know the difference? Which one will work better for you?
2) This is more of a job interview than a presentation. Every action you take is an example of how you will work in the future. Every promise you make and how you execute on it is determining if you’re going to be hired for the job.
