Not quite sure how to word this question, hopefully it’ll make sense.
Observations—I find it interesting that adults need just as much praise and celebration as children. I’m very much included-especially by people who I know are being genuine.
Why is this? I know Ben Hardy talks about it in his books and I journal my wins of the day every night before bed.
I think that my practice of journaling wins and transformations has helped me grow in abundance.
In which does Dr Hardy talk about this? Where else can I read or learn about it.
