What would you do?
I found myself thinking what would I do if I wasn’t afraid? I would have moved out of state already, even out of the country
 I would have been doing speaking engagements, even would have had my first Ted Talk before it was ever posted online
 I would have already been collaborating with my WHO(s)
 My oldest daughter would have been zip lining
. I would have already reached some of my impossible goals
 Fear not only affects you, it impacts others in your circle and beyond as well
 **What would YOU do IF you weren’t afraid?**

Success Is What You Don't Do. Let That Sink In...
I was reading this article by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and he says: "Leadership is primarily about what you DON'T do. Steve Jobs said, "Innovation is saying no to 1,000 things." Warren Buffett said, "The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything." The same is true of organizations. The most successful organizations understand that strategy is primarily about what the organization DOESN'T do. Strategy requires leaving the wrong money on the table, knowing such "opportunities" will cost you 10x compared to going deep." Let that sink in for a moment - what are you doing that's costing you time, money and effort and you're not realizing it? It's hard to kill our darlings even when they are killing us.

@Toby Weibye Yes! When you're starting out, say yes to everything. When you're established, learn to say no to almost everything. Right now, I even see too many people around me saying 'yes' to too many things, not realizing that they are accelerating faster toward the wrong direction.

@Michael Clegg Totally! We need to learn to say no... everything out there looks like a shiny new object.
How are you feeling today?
If you’re not feeling great, what’s one thing you can do to find some momentum? If you’re on a roll, tell us about it. How can you keep the momentum going?

I tell myself: “When I’m going through HELL, KEEP GOING!” And when I’m going through ‘Heaven’ keep praising what I got so that I’ll keep getting more of it.

@Michael Clegg hahaha!
Who needs WHOs
Tis the season! We have so many people doing good things. Let’s use this opportunity to promote what we are doing or where we need help. We have so many talented people and I’d like to share what everyone is doing. It also helps me recall when I’m in other groups. And if you haven’t seen the latest on the LinkedIn algorithm changes, check it out. It’s a great time to start being on LinkedIn.

@Rosemary Kimani generally the ones who find us are people who want to take their businesses online. Data is the new God and algorithms are the new priests in the new world now. So you can’t afford to ‘wing it’ when it comes to your messaging.

@Michelle Wilson Our own digital brands have always been our primary business, but we’ve offered digital marketing consultations on the side throughout the years. We’ve always believed that you have to truly be in the arena in order to effectively help others succeed.
