I have committed to an impossible goal and strategy for the next 5 days.
3 New Sales, 10X Quality time with family, 10X health
My strategy to do this is simple. Drop two major things below my floor for just 5 days.
- Food
- Screen Dopamine
That means I am going to do a water-only fast until Friday (starting now) and I am going to keep phone on grayscale and do no room scrolling.
