I was just a few days away from getting my flame back….. NO… why does it hurt so much? Of course I’m happy I had a $20k week in B2B role. I was cooking this week and was with a client all day Thursday, plus a speaking event which turned into $5k before walking out of the room and booked 3 additional sales calls from that event. When I laid in bed around 9:45 pm Eastern, finally, exhausted but a good tired. You know what I mean? I knew I worked hard. I won big. And I grabbed my phone to hop on Skool and watch Skool news from the day before and check out all the wins from one of my Skool communities. That warm, anxious, dreaded feeling that courses from my head to my gut became the realization that was my first login for the day. 🔥🤦🏻‍♂️🙋‍♂️bye bye…. I was so close to getting 🔥 back. A matter of days. I’m pretty active here but the elusive icon has missed me. For you newbies, the struggle is real. People laugh that I make a big deal about the 🔥 but it gives me inspiration. It really does. Of course I’m happy with the revenue growth for the week. July will likely be the biggest billing month of my career doing leadership development. Once I convert my B2B clients over to my Skool Leaders Edge group, I will be going for different icons. 🔥🍀🥷💎🚀

While I didn't make the top 10 and get an all-expenses-paid trip to the mastermind in LA, I do get to attend. I just have to pay for it myself. Overall, I cannot complain. I'm a little bummed because I have a $360,000 proposal I couldn't count on since I didn't have a signature yet. That would have made me in the top three. Had I not joined that group, I would not have had the cojones to price my last few deals the way that I have. And that includes my cohort. I plan to bring all of the things that I've learned in that group to any of you who would like it.

12 months ago it would’ve taken 2 weeks at least. Same brain. Same frameworks. Same standards. Different stack. Here’s exactly what I used and where each tool earned its spot: Plaud + Fathom — Every discovery call, every client conversation, captured and transcribed automatically. No more scrambling to remember what the CEO said about his succession problem or what the COO admitted about turnover. The raw material was all there, word for word. Wispr Flow — I talk faster than I type, and my best thinking happens out loud. It built the scaffolding so I could focus on the judgment calls only I can make: which framework fits this exact leadership gap, where the real risk sits, what this CEO actually needs to hear versus what he’s asking for. That’s the part people miss. AI didn’t replace the expertise. It stripped out everything that wasn’t expertise, the formatting, the transcription, the first-draft grunt work, so the six hours I spent were pure high-value thinking. Two weeks of my old process was maybe four hours of real strategy buried under seventy hours of admin. If you’re still doing proposals and other work the old way, you’re not protecting quality. You’re just burning your best hours on your lowest-value work.

Philadelphia, 1787. The room was hot. Tempers hotter. Week after week, the founders sat in that room and argued. Small states against large states. North against South. Free states against slave states. They couldn't agree on anything. Some delegates threatened to walk out. Some already had. And then Benjamin Franklin, 81 years old, stood up. He didn't propose a new argument. He didn't propose a compromise. He proposed prayer. He said if a sparrow can't fall to the ground without God's notice... how do we think we can build a nation without His help? That single moment changed everything. The founders humbled themselves.
