The last few weeks have been challenging for me. I'm entering a space I'm unfamiliar to, so I have to keep moving forward to gain confidence and continue to grow.

@Michael Clegg I know. I've been struggling.
Who needs WHOs
Tis the season! We have so many people doing good things. Let’s use this opportunity to promote what we are doing or where we need help. We have so many talented people and I’d like to share what everyone is doing. It also helps me recall when I’m in other groups. And if you haven’t seen the latest on the LinkedIn algorithm changes, check it out. It’s a great time to start being on LinkedIn.

Just completed my first "Thinking Time" exercise is quite a while. I was introduced to this concept a few years ago when I attended a conference hosted by Keith Cunningham. His framework is slightly different, seclude yourself for 45 minutes, twice a week and ask yourself, "How might I....". Ask yourself a question, then let your mind wander. Always write down your first thoughts. This allows your brain to dig deeper to other ideas that may come to you as your writing. Not all of the ideas are good. The point is to review your ideas and many times; there's a nugget in there that will help you move forward. Thanks for mentioning this Clegg. As with many things, I do an exercise for a while and then somehow it falls off the radar.

@Toby Weibye thanks for sharing. Thanks for pointing out Ben's programs help create the journey or a path to something greater. It doesn't matter what the goal is or if we achieve it, did gain more clarity? Did we remove things that we don't need? Are we creating a better version of ourself?
Biggest Win In My Life - 18 Years!
Today, my wife and I are celebrating our 18th anniversary. It's our first and only marriage, and I would trade all the money I've made just to be with this woman again in the next life. Anything good or tough about me pales in comparison to her bad-assery. She's so badass that if the 300 Spartans were to hold frontlines against a million warriors, she'd be at the frontlines kicking their asses. We will often joke, we are not soulmates - we are GOAL-MATES! 🔥🔥
