One of the biggest myths is fitness is that you have to be in this constant calorie deficit in order to get lean. Building muscle is one of the best ways to change your body composition. The Super Suit
A sense of pride for me as a physique athlete, model actor and as a coach is the fact that I like to stay close to the line. Which line? The line of elite. I like to stay 10 focused days away from looking amazing. Shoot ready, stage ready. Part of that is from designing my lifestyle that has me doing things and eating things that I enjoy and those things allow me to stay close. Another part is standards and practices. One of those practices is the super suit technology. 3 to 4 layers depending on how you look at it. It’s designed to raise your core temperature while squeezing the subcutaneous water out. That’s the water between your muscle and your skin that can blur your details and definition. I’ll post the abridged version and the full one if you want to hear the whole context.

Standards of minimal expectations
That's the bar. Set it where you know you can clear it most of the time. Goals aren't wishes – they're potential futures you actually want to experience. But life can life, and when it's life'n, it won't care about your grand plans. So create your break-in-case-of-emergency standards. Know what the bare minimum looks like. Understand the process so you can prioritize what actually matters when everything goes sideways. Knowledge is power. Take that power and keep pace with your goals. The idea is to learn the ropes and build your process. I Trained with Vince a few years back when he was finding his way a a lifter. He had some success but his vision wasn’t coming together whether it was no clear goal of lack of consistent execution. I believe that having a program allowed him to build the consistency he was lacking and he was exposed to different techniques and modes of exercise that he was able to gain influence from and that he continues to incorporate in his practice. While I’d love noting more than to train people concurrently, the system is designed to give athletes variations of patterned that allow for exercises to be chained together in unique ways that add degrees of effectiveness to the movements. After going through several evolutions of the program through the months you begin to see the strength floor in a different light. See the different possibilities that the movements hold.
