The results
Not too much change from last week as far as stats. I lost another 1.4 lbs and down .5 in the hips . Worked out everyday (and in the mornings before work which is success in itself because I don't love mornings).
Total weight lost for the challenge is 6.2lbs. Not bad at a 1lb/week. starting weight 199; now 192.8.
