And the Winner is.....
I apprecate all of you for participating in this challange/class. Your faith in me gave me the opportunity to be a better teacher coach and I got to become a better athlete myself. It was hard to pick a winner, because by design the progress was engineered to be mental physical and procedural and from our individual conversations you've all showed tremendous growth in those intangible areas. I didn't recieve and votes for anyone so by the numbers I held the tie breaking vote I'm voting for Danny. He's realy started to streamline his process and has started the process of customizing his diet and his training to move towards his goal of uilding out his physique while still staying lean. He's being awarded a 3 month schollarship on the Maximum Output Training App worth $1,150 I had such a great time workig with all of you and in apprecation for your participation and your efforts, I'd like to extend a offer of 45% to the runner ups. All other participants for can can recieve a 1/4 year training for $517.50 Again, congratulations Danny and all of you. I'm so proud of how far you've come and I really hope for the opportunity to serve you further. Until then, Do, more do it better Maxout

Congratulations Danny!!! Go get it! Now let me know what days you're working out and we'll do it together to save me some $. 😂 Post the before and after pics to continue to inspire us.
End of the road…..fa real 😅
I swore I was just gonna talk for a second 😅 but if you don’t get see this, I lack the words to properly express how grateful I am for the opportunity you’ve all granted me, and I have so much appreciation for your efforts. I’m looking forward to hearing about your experience and your results. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Pop up any results for consideration. I’d love us all to have the opportunity to vote by Monday.

Picking the mission over the moment. My new mantra! I pick the moment way too frequently. Though, I am really proud of myself for never giving up on this journey. I was thumbing through photos on my phone and the consistent themes were workout pictures, meal prepping/home cooked meals (and concerts and sporting events). I may not be where I want to be, but I feel good about my commitment to always trying to get better. Lastly, I discovered that while I genuinely do enjoy working out, I also like working out with a trainer or a video. I like not having to think about what I'm going to do. BUT, as part of my growth and learning to take ownership of my journey, I'm committed to creating a workout plan - no more winging it because it's too easy to pick the moment. Austin, thank you for always dropping knowledge and real tools that I can use to max out!
The results
Not too much change from last week as far as stats. I lost another 1.4 lbs and down .5 in the hips . Worked out everyday (and in the mornings before work which is success in itself because I don't love mornings). Total weight lost for the challenge is 6.2lbs. Not bad at a 1lb/week. starting weight 199; now 192.8.
This week’s opportunity
This week you’re going to have the opportunity to start to assemble some of your own workouts. The iCloud links expired and I decided that this is a great opportunity to collect your thought process and activate a program for yourselves. Less than a week to finish up strong. Understand what changes you started off looking to make. We all have different focuses and hurdles we had to clear. May it be adding a few cardio sessions or increasing your calorie intake. What series of movements will you do to reshape your body? Just so you know, Monday was typically arm day, Tuesday was leg focused, Wednesday was shoulder and upper back, Thursday was arms, Friday legs as Sat was chest and back. If I had a 7 it was probably shoulder focused. Again, that’s the bones of your cheat sheet. Think about what exercises you’d put together for at least 12 good working sets. Ok, I’m excited to hear how you go about this.

That's a good guide. Thank you!
To the maxx
Haven’t lifted weights in over 6 weeks. This is my workout now. And I can do it at home? This will save me so much time.
