I have a customer from the US who reported that she did not receive the print, but USPS marked it as delivered. In this case, can she request a replacement free of charge?
Later, she ordered a second print and wants me to enable shipping with signature confirmation so it won’t be left unattended.
I see there is no shipping upgrade option in Printshrimp system (For US), only standard shipping. Please advise how you guys will resolve this. Thank you in advance!!
