Uploading posters and using Midjourney

Hi everyone! I have another question - do y'all only resize and upload your posters onto Printshrimp when you get an order?

Or do you do it all at once so you can just send your orders to production thereafter?

Also, is Midjourney worth paying for? If so, which plan would you recommend?
